1. Make your e-mail as personal as possible. Take time to include your recipient’s name in the e-mail message as well as in the subject. As you know, everyone wants to be called by their name. It makes them feel too that they’re not only one of the figures. Adding personal touch to what is supposed to be automated can spell a big difference.

2. Test your message and proofread. You can test autoresponders to see if they are free of any errors and they can be sent right on time.
